Election Day is on Tuesday, November 8th. Being a voter is easy and is the most powerful way to express your voice in our democracy! Be a voter with us. Here's how to vote on Election Day:

Already registered? Just bring yourself!

Not registered? No worries! You can register at the polls. Just bring a photo ID and proof of residency.
Step 4: Vote! Go to your polling place on Election Day and vote!
Polls close at 8pm on Election Day. As long as you are in line by 8pm, you must be allowed to vote.

Not registered to vote? No worries! If you are not registered to vote, just bring a proof of residency and you can register there.
Step 1: Apply for your absentee ballot online. Once you’ve applied for your ballot, you can also track your ballot. If you have not yet applied for your ballot, it is now too late to vote by mail. You should vote early in person or vote on election day.
Step 2: Vote! Once your ballot arrives in the mail, fill out your ballot completely following the instructions with your ballot.
Step 3: Return your ballot! Mail your completed ballot back in the pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope that was provided. Or you can also drop off your ballot in-person at the Ramsey County Elections Office on Plato Blvd. Remember you can track your ballot once you’ve mailed it to ensure it’s been received and counted!
